Mission Statement:The Mission and Purpose
of our movement, "Voices For The Families" is Spirit Based on the
principles of
Family and Freedom. We express our opinions using the voices of thousands
of women who are affected by
the absence of a husband and thousands of children who are affected by the
absence of a father in their lives.
We seek to reach an understanding of the need to
change the harsh reality that is the cause of the destruction
of family stability in America. The root of the breakdown of the family
structure is caused by the failure of the
men to take more responsibility in the lives of the Women and Children
that they affect. Adding to the problem,
is the retention of thousands of husbands, fathers, and now women in
America's prison system. Who speaks
for the wife who struggles to survive while her husband is behind bars?
Who stands for the child who needs
the love, discipline and guidance of a father? WE DO!!
"Voices For The Families" is a Spirit Based
Movement created by people who wish to make a difference. We are
people of GOD and stand on solid principles. Our vision and goal is to
connect the thousands of voices from
beyond with a "Reach-One-Teach-One" attitude, throughout the boundary of
every community in America. The
purpose is to bring back the Nuclear Family Concept. We also understand
that "No Nation can rise higher than
the principles the women stand on" The women and children must raise
important questions now!
"Voices For The Families" understands that beyond
the gates of American Federal Prisons are 187,500+ men
and women who are missed by someone. In that group, there are thousands of
non-violent prisoners who
deserve a second chance to be husbands to their wives and fathers to their
children. Voices For The Families
also represents that segment of the system. Through our "Dress To Impress"
apparel, and other products, we
will feature direct messages that implement our brand into every aspect of
the community. A portion of the
proceeds generated will be donated to various organizations that are
fighting for abused women, children, and
early release programs for federal rehabilitated inmates. Our display
message, available on various apparel and
products, asks the important question for "Voices For The Families."
